I’ve been doing CrossFit for the past five years, and I love how the sport pushes people beyond what they think they’re capable of. CrossFit has helped me through some of life’s toughest moments and has taught me to celebrate strength both physically and mentally.
As a coach, I hope to inspire everyone who walks through our doors to believe in themselves and realize that they are capable of more than they think. My favorite movement is any kind of squat.
